Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics were held in Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s first female gymnast to earn 4 gold medals. She also won the world title for all-around, three times in succession (2013-15). Biles lived within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time she and her sister Adria received adoption by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to be interested in gymnastics when she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman invited her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went on an outing. Biles was awarded the gold and bronze medals in the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault prior to her first appearance in 2011 in the elite category of gymnastics competition. A year later Biles was the king of the field. Biles was notable because of her unstoppable performance enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of difficulty that she included in each event--vault, uneven bars the balance beam, and the ground exercise.
