Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. She was just 17 when she got her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness events at the age of 16. She earned her Pro Card just one year later aged 17. So she became one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further the education she wanted to pursue. After that, she returned in 2015 and picked up her previous place of performing in elite events like those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she competed for a long time and determined to achieve higher standards each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations and was satisfied with the results. When you consider she had to fight against best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups that are done with machines, in addition to bent-over row. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or 4 supersets with 10-12 reps is her thing.
