Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding is a British musician and singer. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986, in Hereford. Having caught the public's attention in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the highest of the charts thanks to her infectious electronic pop sound. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her ability to write catchy but deeply honest songs place her at the forefront for popular music of the present as well as an independent and artful pop.
